The Foundation Course consists of two parts :
Part 1 Foundation Training Course (FTC)

Part 1 consists of Modules 1 to 4, for Personal Empowerment and Life Purpose.
Part 2 Advanced Foundation Training Course (AFTC)

Part 2 consists of Modules 5 to 9, for Personal Empowerment, Life and Soul Purpose.

The first module introduces the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction demonstrates that whatever you focus on, will expand. So whatever you think about, you will attract. We will also be looking at “Cosmic ordering”, which is consciously choosing what you want to manifest in your life.

The second module is “Paradigm Shift”. Paradigm Shift is about transforming your life into the one you choose, and dissolving all your past limitations and fears.
​
The third module is “Obstacles and Challenges”. It will increase your awareness and give you the tools you need to release fears and limitations to reach your goals.
​
The fourth module is “Life Purpose” inviting you to listen within to your inner voice, and find your true calling in life.
​
The fifth module is “Self Healing” supporting your healing on all levels.
​
The sixth module is “The Inner Child” restoring a solid foundation with your inner child.
​
The seventh module is “Soul Awakening, Intuition and 6th Sense” opening to your 6th sense, intuition and your higher perception.
​
The eighth module is “The Divine Child”, as about connecting to your authentic blueprint, and inviting you to reconnect with the divine child-like wonder of life.
​
The last and ninth module is “The Medicine wheel and your New Vision” supporting you, to birth a new vision, from a place of peace and balance. A beautiful teaching and healing tool, from the Native American tradition.

At the end of each module of the Soul Alchemy Foundation Course “Create The Life You Choose”, practical homework is presented. A few exercises are suggested e.g. listening to audio meditations, written work and supportive activities. You are not expected to do all of the suggested exercises, but just the ones you are drawn to. Use the guided workbook to support your progress.
